Updated Official CM/ECF Web Page / Pilot Filing
The information on the court's official CM/ECF Information web page has been updated and redesigned.
The Pilot Filing project was introduced at the Court Technology Committee meeting today. MIS staff from selected law firms will be trained in CM/ECF on Wednesday February 2, 2005, and will thereafter train attorneys and staff in their respective firms. Attorneys will select cases in which they will file in a test CM/ECF database during February and March. The official file will still be the paper file. This project is designed to give user feedback on the draft users guide, administrative procedures and general operation of the system.

  CM/ECF Test Conversions
The court has completed three test conversions of "legacy" data from the existing case management system (ICMS) to the new CM/ECF case management system. These conversions have shown minor issues in conversion of data (which have been resolved), but have demonstrated that the existing dockets and associated image files will be accessible in CM/ECF when that new system is implemented
