AOL Spam Blocker Strikes NEFs
Earlier today, courts reported slow or non-delivery of NEFs to some AOL accounts. AOL had reports from their users incorrectly identifying some court email as spam and subsequently blocked e-mails from a limited number of court public IP addresses.
National court technical support contacted AOL technical support and the affected outbound court IP addresses have been added to AOL’s white-list so that all e-mails from U.S. Courts should be able to reach their designated AOL domain recipients.
AOL users who want to check any missed emails from the District of Utah may use the Emails Sent report in CM/ECF.
