Help Options Multiply In Preparation for Attorney Filing In addition to many on-line reference items in the Court's web site Help Desk, the Court's web site has direct searchable access to an electronic question and answer source, the Electronic Help Desk. On August 1, 2005, the court will add a phone line help system with coverage from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The phone number will be 801 524 3248. T he Court’s PACER system, which provides access to electronic case information, also has a national Help Desk which can be reached at 800 676 6856 from 8:00 am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday CST.
