Percentage of Attorney E-Filings Jumps; Registrations Drop
In February, the number of attorneys registering to e-file dropped from 331 in January, the month before e-filing became mandatory for large law firms. Registration pressure is probably off until April, the month before all attorneys are required to e-file in all cases.

The percentage of filings by lawyers has increased from just under 20% to just under 24%. The steady upward trend in e-filing percentages demonstrates the excellent cooperation of Utah lawyers and the results of training conducted at the court and at law firms. ΒΆ 11:41 AM
