A study by the district for attorney filings in June 2006 reveals that the heaviest time for attorney electronic filing is in the afternoon, and that filings peak between 4 pm and 5 pm.
There are signficant filings through the evening hours, as well, and some filings at all hours of the night. The court recorded no filings between 4 am and 7 am during the entire month. ¶ 9:17 AM
