First Pay.gov Payment in Utah
The Utah District Court received its first payment through pay.gov at 11:39 am today. Kim, working with Bryon Benevento, paid the filing fee for a Pro Hac Vice admission. The new pro hac vice procedures combined with the pay.gov payment feature should enable quicker access for pro hac attorneys by eliminating paper.
