NEF Change in CM/ECF 3.0
In CM/ECF versions prior to 3.0, the Notice of Electronic Filing speaks of service prospectively.
But in version 3.0, service is recited as having been made, making the NEF a more effective service record. (Service certificates are still required on papers filed with the court.)2:06-cv-999 Notice will be electronically mailed to:
