New CM/ECF CLE Materials Available In connection with the annual Federal Bar Association Ronald N. Boyce seminar, and the Utah State Bar Fall Forum, CLE materials related to CM/ECF have been posted on Judge Nuffer's Resource web page. While similar, the materials contain somewhat different tips on working in the electronic environment. The documents are in PDF format and are designed for electronic use, with hyperlinks.
