Don't Plan Critical Docket Review Friday Night

PACER will be subject to possible interruption Friday December 8th from 7 p.m. MST to 9 p.m. MST. The official announcement states "The transition will have no affect on CM/ECF filers. "

The PACER Service Center (PSC) has scheduled a two hour maintenance window on Friday, December 8 beginning at 9:00 PM ET. The PSC will be upgrading the central authentication servers residing at the two national gateways. The servers authenticate PACER users in Bankruptcy CM/ECF version 3.1, District CM/ECF version 3.0, webABBS and the U.S. Party/Case Index. PACER user authentication may be disrupted for several minutes at different points during the maintenance window.
Customers that experience login problems during the maintenance window can access PACER by utilizing the universal login feature. Customers should be directed to http://ecf.psc.uscourts.gov. This server will not be affected by the upgrade. Once the login and password are accepted, the customer should be directed to the PSC links page at http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/psco/cgi-bin/links.pl.
Customers may access any of the sites on that page using the cookie received during login as long as the browser remains open. The transition will have no affect on CM/ECF filers.
